Please join the Associazione Italiana Investor Relations AIR and IHS Markit and our panel of experts as we discuss the “Next Normal” in best practices for investor relations going forward with an Italian perspective.

Piero Munari, Chairman - Italian Investor Relations Association e Arwin & Partners, Managing Partner – Co-Founder
Between 2014 and 2018, Piero was responsible for UniCredit’s Group Investor Relations. During his tenure from an IR perspective he executed two strategic plans and a rights issue of Euro 13bn. In 2017, Piero ranked as Runner Up to the third position as European cross-sector IRO and under his leadership UniCredit ranked first as European banks IR as well as for Corporate Governance and Disclosure.
Between 2007 and 2014, at UniCredit, he held a number of responsibilities among which Global Co-Head of Corporate Finance & Advisory and Head of Insurance Investment Banking within the Corporate & Investment Banking Division.
Prior to that, Piero run European P&C Run-Off at Swiss Re and was an Executive Member of Staff in the M&A department at Zurich Insurance, between 2003 and 2007.
Earlier, Piero was a Senior Vice President at JPMorgan Chase in European Financial Institutions and prior to that an equity research analyst at Deutsche Bank.
As of October 2020, Piero is the chairman of the Italian Investor Relations Association
Martin Railton, Head of EMEA Advisory - IHS Markit
Martin has been with IHS Markit for over eleven years, working exclusively within the Issuer Solutions group. During his time with the company he has provided guidance to clients across EMEA, covering the full range of IHS Markit’s Corporate Advisory services. Those services include shareholder surveillance, investor targeting, capital flows insights, investor perception, and proxy solicitation. Over the last two years he has worked closely with the advanced analytics team, applying data science to IHS Markit’s unique datasets to provide more actionable intelligence to clients. Martin now runs the Advisory desk for EMEA, which includes the services of Investor Targeting, IHS Markit Intelligence and IR Roadmap. Prior to joining the company, Martin was head of European research at the ratings agency and financial publisher, Citywire. Martin is a CFA charterholder.
Lorna Davie, President - IR Club of Switzerland
Lorna Davie is a Director in the Investor Relationsteam at Credit Suisse based in Zurich. She isresponsible for Corporate Access and Events for both Equity and Debt Investors. Prior to her joining the Investor Relations team in January 2014, Ms. Davie was part of the Equity Corporate Access Roadshow Team for the Investment Banking division. She was responsible for the development, planning and execution of Roadshows across North America, UK and Europe for key multi-national companies. She is also the President of the IR Club Switzerland.
Alex Dawson, Senior Research Analyst, Perception Analytics - IHS Markit
Alex is part of the Perception team based in London and plays an integral role in on-the-ground research and due diligence for clients in EMEA. Alex has worked on over 50 corporate and economic landscape perception studies.By leveraging his established market relationships, he engages in deep dialogues with stakeholders and gathers measurable insights from their qualitative feedback.
In addition to servicing the team's global clients, Alex oversees updates and data integrity for the Perception Benchmark Database and regularly leads cross-discipline projects that combine IHS Markit’s suite of corporate solutions.Alex holds a Master of Science degree in Financial Economics and a Bachelor of Economics and Social Studies degree in Business Economics from Cardiff University.
